My goal is to bring you quality photography at a fair price. Although I always have been a keen photographer from the age of 10, I started to be very serious about it while I was living in Japan between 1995 and 1999. I learned to process black and white negatives and later on to print in a darkroom. It was rather difficult at first as all information I needed to know in order to process film and print on paper was in Japanese. This gave me an extra difficulty which I was able to overcome as soon as I got access to the Internet. Suddenly everything was in English and made sense.
Upon my return to Australia I decided to study commercial photography at a technical college for 2 years and try to start a new career. Laterally I was working for a photographic supply company dedicated to professional photography. I gained much experience there, being in contact with professional and artist photographers. During that time I started selling my photos at the Manly Craft Market on Saturdays and Sundays.
